Yes. For purchases made on Simpleaf, we offer free returns or exchanges within 90 days of your order date (eligible items only).

We offer free returns within 90 days of your order date for eligible items purchased on our website and shipped within the contiguous U.S. Once received, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Yes. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any applicable duties & taxes reimbursements are also non-refundable.

After your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. We’ll email you when it’s complete.

If your payment is declined, we’ll notify you to update your payment method. We’ll retry payment once daily for up to 3 days. If all attempts fail, that order is canceled, but your subscription stays active for the next scheduled order.

The Giving Back 1% badge marks products that support Simpleaf’s giving program (all products except Body Wipes). Current partners include Toilet Twinning, Streetside Showers, Hope Supply Co., and Baby2Baby. We also make additional product donations beyond our formal pledges when needs arise.
